KAIST researchers fabricated a brain-inspired highly
scalable neuromorphic hardware by co-integrating single transistor
neurons and synapses. Using standard silicon complementary
metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology, the neuromorphic
hardware is expected to reduce chip cost and simplify fabrication
procedures.
