NewsExchange bias in van der Waals heterostructures

NUS scientists have discovered the exchange bias
phenomenon in van der Waals CrCl3/Fe3GeTe2 heterostructures. The
exchange bias phenomenon has a number of applications in magnetic
sensors and magnetic reading heads, which has not been reported in
van der Waals heterostructures before.
